Mario R. Aguilera, resides in Luján, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is Public Accountant, with Postgraduate specializations in Strategic Planning and Technology Foresight.

Since 1977 he works with Information Technologies and Systems, and have managed important IT Projects for industrial companies, banks and Consultants. Nowadays he is Consultant in Information Technologies applied to Business, in Levin Global.

Along his years of professional activity he has formulated and submitted Proposals and Projects to Calls of local and International organizations (FONTAR, European Community, World Bank, etc.) .

Since 1991 he is University professor at Universidad Nacional de Luján. The areas and disciplines in which he is working are: “Strategic Planning and Management Control”, “Systems Analysis and Design Techniques”,  “Project Formulation and Appraisal” and “Social Context of Informatics”.
