The PRO-IDEAL platform provides information on the ICT programme of the 7th Framework programme of the European Commission.
Users/Visitors: You are free to look up any information available on the platform. If you want to become active you need to register. This takes 1 minute and needs a valid e-mail address at which you will receive your password.
Registered users: Can comment on Wiki articles and create discussion forums.
Contributors: Persons with confirmed knowledge of the ICT programme can apply to obtain the status of "contributor". These can add to the main content of the Wiki and other pages, or create new ones.
How to use the Wiki: Alphabetical key words allow for easy finding.
Search tool: Type in any word, e.g."business" or "language" and all articles containing this word will appear.

Q1: Can I comment in Spanish or Portuguese?
A1: Yes, of course. But be aware that in the ICT sector, English is the most used language. Your comment may not reach all platform users.
Q2: How can I create a Forum Topic?
A2: As we received some questions in this concern, we created a 2-pages tutorial. What you need to know first: There is a hierarchy: Forum - Forum Topic - Comment. Currently, there are 2 topics: General Issues, and Project Angel Forum. Yyou can create a Forum Topic to any existing Forum; and you can comment on any Forum Topic. If you want to create a new Forum, you need to contact us.

Cómo utilizar la plataforma:
Usuario/Visitante: toda la información disponible en la plataforma se puede visualizar. Para participar activamente es necesario registrarse. Este proceso solo lleva 1 minuto y hace falta introducir un email para recibir una contraseña.

Colaboradores: Personas que conocen bien el programa TIC pueden solicitar el estatus de “colaborador” que permite añadir contenido a la Wiki y otras páginas, o crear otras nuevas.Cómo usar la Wiki?: las palabras clave se pueden encontrar fácilmente ya que están ordenadas alfabéticamente.
Motor de búsqueda: escribe cualquier palabra, por ejemplo “business” o “language” y aparecerán todos los artículos que contienen esta palabra.
