Philippe Wacker is Executive Director of EMF, the Forum of e-Excellence.
He takes a keen interest in Latin America, has been a driver of collaborative projects between Latin America and Europe for more than a decade, advises Latin American and European organisations on developing their collaborations (commercial, academic, non-profit, political), has travelled through the continent on numerous occasions and follows closely the political, economic, social and cultural developments in the region.
